On DirtBike VIN Check

If your question is not answered below, email us at admin@motorbikeriders.com.au

Who are you and what is the goal of DVC?
DirtBike VIN Check (motorbikeriders.com.au) is owned and operated by dataNdesigns, we are an Advanced Web and Application development business that are also motorbike enthusiusts, we have been looking for a facility to track Dirtbike VIN numbers for a few years now and finally decided to build it ourselves.
What do you do with our data?
We only collect enough information to be able to contact you in the event that your bike is identifed and can be potentially returned.
The information is stored on our secure server and only accessable by dataNdesigns key staff, we do not share information or provide information to any 3rd party providers for marketing or other use. The information is only used for this website and nothing else.
I have found a stolen bike by VIN Search, what do I do?
We ask that you email us at admin@motorbikeriders.com.au with the details of the stolen bike.
ie the details on the person in possession of the bike including address, time, and how you found it (such as advertisement etc). You should also include your contact details for police follow up.

We will then contact the registered owner and confirm the bike is correctly marked as stolen.
Once confirmed we will contact the police and pass on all the information to be investigated and hopefully retrieved.

NOTE: we strongly advise that you do not alert the seller of a stolen bike or confront them, this is so we have time to confirm the bike is stolen and so that the seller is caught in possession of the stolen bike.
